For 13 years, Sean served as a Navy SEAL, operating in some of the most high-stakes, high-pressure environments on earth. In those arenas, performance under pressure wasn’t a bonus. It was survival.

After leaving the Teams, Sean noticed a pattern in the athletes, executives, and entrepreneurs he met:
They weren’t struggling because they lacked skill, discipline, or drive. They were struggling because, when pressure hit, an old program hijacked their performance.

Sean began coaching professional golfers on the PGA Tour, guiding them not just to play better, but to play freer, with clarity, confidence, and resilience. Word spread, and soon his client list expanded beyond golf into business, leadership, and other high-performance fields.
